Computer Problems and More Computer problems

About 2 and a half weeks, I realized my computer caught a nasty virus. Therefore putting me out of commission with my computer for about 2 - 3 weeks. I let a friend of the family fix my computer. But he did a halfway job. My computer, but he did not install the drives back on my computer that will allow me to get on the computer. I call him about it and he was suppose to bring by my house after church. Guess what? He forgot. So after work the next day, I had to go by his house to pickup the disk that he had my drivers download, because he did not have enough gas to bring it to me. It was no problem it's not like I don't want to waste my gas to pickup up files he should have installed on my computer from the beginning.

Now that I install the drivers, I am able to get on the internet. But guess what? I am unable to see graphic layouts on web pages. It's just a plain basic white background with black or blue lettering. Is frustrating or what?

And on top of all of that, my D drive is not working properly. Whereas it was working before my special computer guy got a whole of it. I can not bring up files off my CD because my D drive keep reading my CDs as blank. I am so getting tired of calling him back and forth for one problem and then another one pops up. In honestly, instead of giving him a break, I should have went to a certified professional and get it done right the first time.

If any of you can give me an idea on how to solve these problems (my D drive and not seeing graphic layouts) please let me know. I would love to get these issues resolve as soon as possible.

Thanks for letting me vent.

Do you ever just sit back and think about how great our God is?......................Of course, you do! Sometimes I just I have random thoughts about how it could have been me killed in the car accident last week; Or it could have been me hospitalized due to a heart attack; Or it could have been me paralyzed in a wheel chair. You get the picture...............Right?

But anyway, some of us, not all, take life for granted. Tomorrow is not promise to us. But God always allow grace to shine upon our face the next morning and the next and the next. I am so grateful that our God is faithful in His promises for us.

The week before Father's Day 2008 my hubby's (Larry) cousin was killed tragically in a car accident. The accident took place approximately 3 minutes around the corner from where we live. Apparently, Larry's cousin was driving too fast around a curve, lost control of his car, and crashed into a tree. A witness who saw the car crashed try to help him out, but the car caught on fire and blew up. He burned up in the car. He was only 35. He left behind a wife and five children. As far as His relationship with God, I don't know. But I prayed that God had mercy on His soul.

So instead of his children celebrating Father's Day, they were attending his memorial service the day before Father's Day. My heart was stunned, overwhelmed, and in shock. It's one thing to have a loved one to die slowly due to cancer or some kind of terminal illness. But to have a loved one taking away so abruptly and tragically is another thing. I often pray for his wife and children for healing as they come to terms with his death day by day.

With all that being said, enjoy life. Live, Laugh, and Learn!! I know it's not time for me to go home, yet. I have too much work (My Father's Business) to do. I thank God for His grace and mercy. Live life to the fullest. And always remember to give God all the praise and glory due to Him. When typing this post, a song dropped in my spirit from the Women of Faith 2002 CD.....

But for Your grace, I cannot be saved
But for Your grace, I would go my way
I'm forever grateful
That you have been faithful
To me Lord!
For Your Amazing Grace...
May this post be a blessing to you mind, body, and soul.
