Manic Monday ~ Might and Power

manic monday

Happy Manic Monday...Y'all!!! It's a blessing to know that when you are feeling down or when you are dealing with a situation that puts a damper on your spirit, you can turn to God in the name of Jesus to work things out for the better. Sometimes, it's normal to be taken aback or become numb in your spirit, when something happens to take the sunshine out of your day. However, you must try to snap out of it long enough to remember who you are in Christ Jesus and what your God can do. That's why you can confirm what God's word says in Zechariah 4:6,"...'Not by might, nor by power, but by My Spirit,’ Says the Lord of hosts."

We cannot do anything in our own might and in our own power. It doesn't matter how much money you have. It's doesn't matter if you have huge muscles and you think that you are stronger than the average person. It doesn't, even matter, how smart you are. The point is that without the empowering of God's Spirit, we cannot do anything. We need His Spirit to mold, instruct, and direct us; and even give us strength in the name of Jesus.

God wants His children to know that the truest source of power does not come through might and power from humans, but by the anointing of the Holy Spirit. Furthermore, because of the anointing of the Holy Spirit, regardless of any hindrances, obstacles, trials and tribulations, God will restore, renew, and rebuild necessary areas in your life, including fulfilling His own purpose and plan for you.
