Mystert Monday - The Creaking Sound in the Night
Katherine woke up in the middle of the night in a cold sweat from a terrible nightmare. As she gathered her thoughts, she hears a strange noise. Creeeaaaakkk! She thought it was her cat, white powder. So she turns to lay back down on her side, and noticed white powder was is in her room sleeping a comfy, pink arm chair. Creeeaaaakkk! The noise went again. Katherine became a bit worry considering she was home alone. She builds up some courage on the inside and decided to investigate this creaking noise. Katherine slowly gets out of her bed, grabs her robe, tiptoes toward her door. Before she opens the door, she tries to search around her room in the dark for a weapon of some sort. Then Katherine remembered she had a "just in case" baseball bat. So "just in case" someone ever broke into her home, while she is there, she would crack the criminal over his head with the bat.
