One of the main components in having a firm foundation in Christ Jesus is knowing how valuable you are to God. When doing the work God has commissioned you to do or even preparing for it, the devil our enemy will try to use people, places, and things to question yourself. "Am I good enough?" "Do I have what it takes?" "Am I educated enough?"
One thing that separates the good artists from the great ones is the ability to create something extraordinary. Extraordinary exceeds anything that's ordinary. Extraordinary artwork means a masterpiece has been created.
In other words, it's a priceless, one of a kind work of art that cannot be duplicated. The love and the precious time it takes to create extraordinary art is immeasurable. But nonetheless, people will still be willing to buy it at any cost.
"For we are His workmanship, created in
Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared
beforehand that we should walk in them." (Ephesians 2:10)
This also brings to mind this bible verse.
"Being confident of this very thing, that He who has begun a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ;" (Philippians 1:6)
We are extraordinary, original creations created for a purpose--good works. Someone who knows their value in Christ Jesus cannot have their foundation easily cracked or swept away from under their feet. Remember to stand firm on God, His word, His promises, in Jesus' name which is your foundation.
