"And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God." (Romans 12:2)
Special Note #1: "Spiritual transformation starts in the mind and heart. A mind dedicated to the world and its concerns will produce a life tossed back and forth by the currents of culture. But a mind dedicated to God's truth will produce a life that can stand the test of time.

Renewing your mind means changing the way you think as well as training your thoughts through the power of the Holy Spirit to align with the word of God. Through prayer and bible study, you can reeducate, redirect, repurpose your mind. The word of God is a spiritual weapon used for pulling down strongholds of the mind, against evil and fearful thoughts as well as low self-esteem thoughts.
Renewing your mind is not an overnight, instant pot, quick fix. It's a process and it takes time. During the times when you feel like your mind has reverted back to your old way of thinking, even but for a moment, don't be discouraged. Talk to God about it. Most importantly, Trust God, Trust in Him to change your old way of thinking to a new way so that you can be more effective in doing the work He has called you to do.
Heavenly Father, Transform my thoughts by the power of Your Word. Show me and teach me how to study as well as apply your Word to my life throughout each and every day. I discipline my mind and heart. Thank you for renewing my mind. By the power of the Holy Spirit and in the name of Jesus, I pray. Amen.
