Trust in Him Tuesday ~ Trusting and Waiting on God's Guidance

On today's episode of Trust in Him Tuesday, we are going to focus on how waiting on God's guidance is a reflection of our faith.

"Lead me in Your truth and teach me, 

For You are the God of my salvation; 

On You, I wait all the day." 

(Psalm 25:5)

Waiting on God's guidance is no easy task, but it is a testament to our faith in Him.  Psalm 25:5  is a reflection of David's faith in the God of our salvation.  Regardless of however long it takes, David is willing to wait on God to lead him in His truth and to teach him.

"Wait on the Lord; Be of good courage, 

And He shall strengthen your heart; 

Wait, I say, on the Lord!" 

(Psalm 27:14)

As you stay in faith, trusting in God while you wait, He will strengthen your heart, strengthen your trust, strengthen your hope, and your relationship with him.  Be a reflection of your faith in God, by trusting in Him.  Trust in Him to lead you.  Trust in Him to teach you.  Trust in Him to show you how to apply His word (His Truth) in your everyday life.

"I wait for the Lord, my soul waits, And in His word I do hope." (Psalm 130:5)

Heavenly Father, I pray that you will show me Your ways and teach me Your paths. Oh Lord, I, also, pray that you will lead me in Your truth and teach me how to apply Your word in my life.  For You are the God of my salvation;  I trust You God and I will wait on You all day and every day. In Christ's name, I pray.  Amen.
